Straight answers about what BlueList does, how we work, what things cost, and whether we're the right fit for your campaign.
BlueList is a Democratic political data and intelligence firm. We provide the research, targeting, and technical infrastructure that campaigns need to reach the right voters and win elections. Our focus is on down-ballot races — state legislative, city council, school board, county, and ballot initiative campaigns — that are chronically underserved by traditional political consulting firms.
Yes. BlueList exclusively serves Democratic candidates, party committees, progressive PACs, and ballot initiative campaigns aligned with Democratic values. The "Blue" in BlueList is not decorative.
We serve Democratic campaigns across the United States. Our team is based in Arizona and we have deep expertise in Arizona races, but our data infrastructure and services are available to campaigns nationwide.
Most political consulting firms are relationship businesses that happen to use data. BlueList is a data and technology firm that happens to work in politics. We build our own analytical infrastructure, we deliver structured intelligence products (not slide decks with gut feelings), and we price our work so that down-ballot campaigns can actually afford it. We also cover areas that most consultants ignore entirely, like how your campaign appears to voters who use modern search and answer tools instead of traditional Google searches.
BlueList is organized around seven core offer groups: Campaign-in-a-Box (launch structure for candidates), District Intelligence Reports (recurring briefings on your race), Race Intelligence Packages (deep-dive strategic diagnostic), Electorate & Turnout Suite (targeting and turnout support), Arizona Issue Intelligence (district-specific issue briefs), Managed Data & Targeting (ongoing data operations), and the Party Committee Dashboard (institutional-grade visibility for committees and caucuses). We also run the Digital Presence Audit as a standalone diagnostic entry point — an integrated search + AI visibility audit for a single candidate. Packages are organized by race type — see our Packages page for how this fits your campaign.
BlueList packages are organized by race type, not by raw product SKU. Every buyer-door page — from school board to congressional — shows two or three package tiers built for that kind of race. Each package bundles the core offers most campaigns in that lane actually need, with optional overlays like Arizona Issue Intelligence where the district justifies it. You can also buy any of the seven core offers individually if you need something more specific.
A District Intelligence Report (DIR) is a recurring intelligence product delivered on a regular cadence throughout the campaign cycle. It includes voter registration trends, opponent activity tracking, fundraising updates, ad spend monitoring, and strategic recommendations specific to your district. Think of it as a briefing that keeps your campaign informed about what's changing in your race — so you're never caught off guard.
The Digital Presence Audit is BlueList's baseline visibility audit for modern campaigns — one integrated diagnostic covering both search visibility (how voters find the campaign in Google and Bing) and AI visibility (how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and Perplexity describe the candidate when voters ask direct questions). We review site extractability, structured data, identity consistency across sources, and the third-party source ecosystem, then deliver a prioritized fix list your team or web vendor can act on. $200 one-time, with optional Digital Presence Monitoring at $75/month. See our Digital Presence page for the full scope.
Arizona Issue Intelligence is a family of district-specific briefs covering the issues that actually shape Arizona races — utility rate pressure, water risk, education and ESA outflow, housing instability, reproductive health access, environmental district profile, federal investment, and rural economic reality. You can buy a single brief, a themed bundle (like the Cost of Living Pack or the Water & Environment Pack), or a full district issue pack scoped to your race. See our Arizona Issue Intelligence page for the full family and how to buy.
Pricing is gated. We publish public pricing only for two products: District Intelligence Reports (from $250/month) and the Digital Presence Audit ($200 one-time, plus optional Digital Presence Monitoring at $75/month). Everything else — Campaign-in-a-Box, Race Intelligence, Electorate & Turnout, Managed Data & Targeting, Arizona Issue Intelligence, and the Party Committee Dashboard — is priced per engagement after we verify you are a Democratic campaign or aligned organization. Start at contact. Once approved, you get scoped pricing and access to the client portal. See the pricing page for the full open-products / approved-partner breakdown.
No. School board races are exactly the kind of race we built BlueList for. The opposition is organized, well-funded, and running coordinated campaigns across multiple districts. You deserve the same quality of intelligence and targeting that state legislative candidates get. We have products specifically designed for the budget and scope of a school board race.
Not at all. Our reports and intelligence products are written in plain language with clear recommendations. If an audit says "change the meta description on your issues page," we'll tell you exactly where to go in your website editor and what to type. We do the technical analysis; you get the actionable output.
Send us a message through our contact page or email us at winning@bluelist.ai. Tell us what race you're running, what you're trying to figure out, and we'll come back with a recommendation and a price. No pitch decks, no sales calls unless you want one.
We work with official public data sources — state voter registration databases, campaign finance filings (FEC and state-level), census and redistricting data, and publicly available records. We combine these with our own analytical models to produce intelligence products. We don't purchase or use data from data brokers, social media scraping, or surveillance tools.
Yes, but we maintain a strict firewall between campaign and independent expenditure work, as required by law. If we're providing services to a campaign, we do not simultaneously provide coordinated services to an IE committee working on the same race, and vice versa. Contact us for the full firewall policy before engagement.
Absolutely. Your campaign data, strategic intelligence, and targeting information are never shared with other campaigns, committees, or third parties. Our Privacy Policy Cookie Policy Cookie Settings and Terms of Service spell this out in detail. We take data security seriously — it's the foundation of what we do.
Every campaign is different. Tell us about your race and we'll tell you exactly how we can help.
