These SMS Terms apply to BlueList Account Alerts, an operational text-message notification program operated by BlueList.ai LLC.
BlueList Account Alerts provides operational, security, billing, account, and service-related text notifications concerning BlueList systems, services, and administrative accounts.
This program is not a marketing, promotional, fundraising, political, advocacy, or public subscription SMS program.
Messages are sent only to authorized BlueList administrative users who have affirmatively provided a mobile number for operational notifications.
BlueList does not enroll website visitors, prospects, clients, voters, donors, or members of the public in this SMS program.
Message frequency varies based on account activity, system activity, billing events, security events, and administrative configuration. Message frequency is expected to be low, but may vary.
Message and data rates may apply. BlueList does not charge recipients for SMS messages. Carrier charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you later request to re-enable them.
